Overcoming adversity

Experiencing a spiritual sense of self is associated with positive sense of self, psychological resilience,  stable emotional state, improved social relations, productive and meaningful living, and ability to overcome adversity and thrive.

 

Without perceived spiritual and social support, the individual is insecure, dejected, worthless, which undermines immune systems, well-functioning of the body, and exposes him or her to both infectious and non-communicable diseases.

 

The spiritual part of human existence and meaning derived from it is what shapes response towards adversity, especially when intellectual resources are exhausted.

 

Quality outcomes are determined by quality input levels in the spiritual relationship, which is measured by how well one lives with others and the percieved and believed supreme being.

 

With or in absence of a superior being to lean on, it is increasingly popular to train the mind to stand on its own will and grow spiritual strengthen before it serves one best. It predetermined, set or reset by the person so that the individual, values, and actions stand the test of time until favourable conditions return. The individual is well, whether conditions are right or wrong.

 

This is practiced in many cultures in Asia and old Africa, where families and community assimilate adversity and mobilize resources to overcome it constituted personalities, social norms, and cultures.

 

Extraordinary beings or reputable people are re reverend because of the positive and wellness effect they have on others and facilitating realization of specific causes, whether such influence comes from dead or living person, which yield flexible and adaptable attributes to changing situations for concerned person to overcome adversity and be well. That way, they successfully manage most trying conditions that the world throws at them.

 

The display of extraordinary attributes for managing and overcoming adversity using available resources, including inspirational messages from departed and present beings were most central and rewarding in terms of influencing wellbeing of people in need of it.

 

What is extraordinary is associated with god or gift from a bigger God to efficiently and effectively overcome adversity, and be well.

 

The weak and less-able rely on superior beings and strong others to overcome adversity and influence wellbeing, by ritualizing transfer of powerful effect to themselves from being with special qualities, acknowledging receipt of power and protection, or healing, which dissentize and reduce anxiety and depression to improved states of wellbeing. The calming effect, reduced tensions, and aches that result ends adversity characterized by mental and physical illhealth.

 

Facing adversity with limited or no support from anticipated other or superior being to cause healing and secure protection for the weak  is understood as worst case scenario that undermine prospects of overcoming adversity and securing healthy future. It escalates dying process and predicts death in months time, until individual, social, institutional, policy and spiritual support systems are established to support recovery, rehabilitation, and growth to superior states of wellbeing.

 

The superior resourcesto and abilities are  expected to fill empty spaces in the lives of the inadequate to boost their motivation and will power, boost immunity, improve physical and mental functioning, improve productivity, and socioeconomic wellbeing, to a point when they are strong enough to overcome adversity on their own and secure healthy lives.

 

It should be noted that overcoming adversity is a vital state of recovery and wellbeing for as long as possible, an unending responsibility of anyone. The moment responsibility towards balanced states of wellbeing drifts away, wellbeing of such a person begins to take a downward turn until death in five years.

 

Sustained mental well-composition, well-functioning, well-being, and strength of such a combination are key to sustainable wellbeing.

 

The continuous pressures and drifted balance in factors that sustain mental wellbeing, such as livelihood, physical security, knowledge, rational and guided thought process into a desired future, healthy habits or lifestyle, adaptability, physical activity, socioeconomic advancement, and supportive policy environment for growth must be addressed.

 

It is necessary for the individual to know well-enough his or her limitations at one point in time and relentlessly work to improve weak personality areas to be agile, using all resources available resources, with much focus on the life goals. He or she considers proper understanding of the current problem, identifying small steps to solve problem, taking actions within ones powers, and substantial or relentless effort to overcome most immediate obstacles to the mid and longterm period of life.

 

The research done on therapeutic choices showed over 90 percent preferred reliance on another being or interceding person to inspire them against adversity, or to reduce anxiety about it, relax, and heal while adversity remains without undermining the wellbeing of the person.

 

The self-mastering others make therapeutic choices and take full responsibility to apply them, by understanding phenomena, understanding relationships, and pathways to overcome it, before taking systematic steps to overcome adversity and experience wellness outcomes.

 

This means that, to be well, it takes critical and strategic thought processes, actions, and experience of guided processes, which are believed to provide means of overcoming and cause healing rather than simulation of healing process.

 

It is the actions and experiences that show responsibility of the person in effecting the wellness in most sustainable way. The simulated way to overcome adversity is short-term goals. Soon anxiety and depression levels rise so that frequent simulation are done to maintain them at very low and acceptable lows levels. This does not eliminate adversity, but the individual is able to live with adversity, neutralize its adverse effects on him or her,eliminate anxiety and depression, keep well, and maintain good quality and benefiting lifestyle.

 

Regular assurance of safety and wellness must be sought from the extraordinary, invisible being with extrahuman qualities of managing suffering and pain, or the ‘godly’ people with extraordinary influence on wellness and prosperity, and are believed to have power to change thought patterns and direct behaviour towards sustainable growth and wellbeing.

 

Professor Badru Kateregga presents five elements that are key to overcoming adversity, which include doctrine (great idea), moral values, ethical standards, social support, and vertical relationship with the superior being. However, this being is invisible one, who individuals find refuge in when faced with adversity. The elements show human beings as inadequate, who, at some point, have no choice and responsibility to make or show when they gave adversity. But he does not show the observed responsibility, beyond the simulated wellbeing caused by ‘reliable’ other being, either. The observations are passing events with or without human choice and responsibility, which human beings hardly control..

 

All in all, it is most effective to make choices and take responsibility over actions that cause adversity, prevent or overcome it, and be well. It is equally most sustainable way to overcome adversity, experience transition beying it, gain strength or resilience to overcome same amount of adversity, ease ability to overcome new adversity, ease recovery, and realize improved quality of life and sustainable wellbeing.
